What You'll Do:

* Handle B2B daily customer inquiries (calls + email)

* Schedule service/repair visits and support the technical team

* Provide product and order support with a strong customer-first mindset

* Own customer issues through resolution and escalate when needed

What We're Looking For:

* 2+ years of phone-based customer service experience

* Service scheduling/dispatch experience highly preferred

* Salesforce or SAP exposure a plus

* Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Role Details:

* Salary: $50-60K

* Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5 (100% onsite)
